Mostly, we use twill and felt for patches but if you’d like to use other types of fabrics, please contact us. You can see the fabric charts we’re offering from the link.

We have all the thread colors available in the market, you can see the thread colors chart. We also have special thread colors like metallic, fluorescent and glow-in-the-dark. We offer up to 10 thread colors in one patch without extra charge.

We offer comprehensive backing and accessory options. You can see our option on backing and accessory options page. If the backings and accessories that are listed on our website is not what you’d like, please contact us so we can custom made for you. The popular backings are iron on, fleece fabric, PVC and velcro.

Yes.

We provide a real product sample for you to approve before going to full production, unless you request otherwise. A photo or scan of real product sample will be sent via email as soon as possible (real product sample can be sent to mailing address with extra delivery time and freight).

More than 10,000 pieces per day.

Production time of patches is typically 6-10 business days after the product sample is approved.
