Patch Borders
We have all type of patch borders for you to choose from. Merrowed border and hot knife cut (stitched border) are the most popular borders. Patches come with all shapes and sizes. Each patch is suitable for different border. You can see from the list below what are the options we provided.
Merrowed Border
Merrowed border is also known as “over lock border”. After scissor-cutting, merrowing process is done and be around 3mm in thickness.
Hot Knife Cut (Stitched Border)
Hot knife cut or heat-cut edge / stitched edge / laser-cut edge. The edge of patch is cut using hot-knife by hand or laser machine, and heat-cut is usually used for irregular shape or hollow-designed patch.
Fabric Edge or Scissor-cut Edge
The fabric edge or scissor-cut edge is a method that we use scissor or laser to cut the edge of patch. This method usually use with patch with no stitched border.
Hybrid
The hybrid border is combine 2 or more borders in one patch. As the images shown above, you can see the patches with merrowed border combine with hot knife cut border.
